1. Returns

  • Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable.

2. Exchanges

  • Size or Color Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or color.
  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we’ll arrange a replacement.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
